Transfolio is a file transfer utility that connects a PC to the Atari Portfolio
pocket computer over the parallel port. It communicates with the built-in file
transfer software of the Portfolio.

Running transfolio in "modern" Windows versions (e.g. Windows 10):

In order get access to the parallel port, the precompiled Windows executable
requires the library inpout32.dll from http://www.highrez.co.uk.
A copy of their "Binaries only" package is already included in the directory
InpOutBinaries_1501 for your convenience.
You may copy the file InpOutBinaries_1501/Win32/inpout32.lib to the directory
from where you run transfolio.exe.

Note that inpout32.lib requires administrator privileges. You can either
run the command shell as an administrator everytime you use transfolio,
or run InpOutBinaries_1501/Win32/InstallDriver.exe once.
