This is a short Doc for ARC.bat.

First read the REM for more info.

I tested the BAT file and found that I 
was able to save 40k with the ARC files 
on drive A: and 50k when they were in 
the C: drive except for ARC.bat.  All 
the bat files were written for files:
ARCE.COM
ARCA.COM 
FAKE.COM
in drive c:.

Arc.bat works the best with WKS files.
